• Welcome to the EduKuwaition Society, hereby referred to as EduKuwait. By using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please review them carefully before using the site.

2. Subscription and Payment

• Subscription Duration: Each subscription to EduKuwait is for a period of 30 days.
• No Refunds: All subscription payments are non-refundable. Once you have subscribed, you will not be eligible for any refunds for the current subscription period, even if you choose to cancel the subscription.
• Payment Methods: We accept various payment methods, including credit cards, debit cards, and other payment processors as listed on our site. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method.

3. Account Use

• Account Sharing: Sharing of accounts is strictly prohibited. Each subscription is intended for individual use only. Any evidence of account sharing may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without a refund.
• To prevent account sharing, you may log into your account from 3 devices only. Logging in from a 4th device will get your account blocked, even if you’re logged out of the other devices.
  
• Content Sharing: Users are not allowed to share, distribute, or publicly post EduKuwait’s videos, notes, or any other proprietary content. Unauthorized sharing of content may result in legal action and/or account termination.
• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for all activities that occur under your account. EduKuwait will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information.
• Account Termination: EduKuwait reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to fraud, abuse, or illegal activity.

4. Forum Conduct

• Inappropriate Posting and Bullying: EduKuwait is committed to maintaining a respectful and supportive environment. Any inappropriate posts, bullying, or harassment on the forum will not be tolerated. Users engaging in such behavior may be banned from the website at the discretion of EduKuwait.
• Content Moderation: EduKuwait reserves the right to monitor, edit, or remove any content posted in the forums that violates these terms or is deemed inappropriate.
